How can we help?
How does HRme work out what I’m owed?
HRme turns your annual salary and contracted weekly hours into an hourly rate. Time you work beyond your contract counts as overtime, valued at the multiplier you choose: normal rate, time and a half, double time, or your own. Unpaid lunch is deducted from your worked hours; if your lunch is paid, the clock keeps running.
You can change any of this on the You tab, and every total updates straight away.
Why didn’t I get an arrival prompt?
Arrival and leave prompts need a saved work location, location access set to Always, and notifications allowed. Check Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › HRme and Settings › Notifications › HRme.
iOS decides exactly when to wake the app, so a prompt can arrive a little late, especially with Low Power Mode on. You can always start the clock yourself on the Today tab.
Does HRme log my time automatically?
No. Reminders and arrival prompts only ask. Time is logged when you tap to start or stop the clock, or when you edit a day in Logs.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen, tap Edit then Add Widget, search for HRme and choose the small or medium size.
What is Bat mode?
A focus timer for time spent on your own goals, rather than your employer’s. Pick a goal, run a timed round, and add a note. HRme keeps your streak and shows the countdown in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen while a round runs.
How do I get my hours out of the app?
Open the You tab and tap Export hours. Pick a date range and the columns you want, then save or share a PDF or spreadsheet.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Everything HRme stores lives only on your iPhone, so deleting the app deletes it. Export your hours first if you want to keep them.
Is my data private?
Yes. HRme has no accounts, servers or analytics, and your data never leaves your iPhone unless you export it. Read the privacy policy for the details.
